US Masters 2017

us-masters-golf-2016US Masters 2017 via Atlanta

March 31st to April 10th

The Masters Tournament is one of golf’s biggest events, along with being one of the most famous sporting events in the world. Played annually at Augusta National Golf Club in the first full week of April every year, there are very few events that evoke the emotion that The Masters does.

Every golfer, whether professional or amateur has this event on their bucket list and should experience it at least once in their lifetime. Take this  opportunity and  it will undoubtedly leave an indelible imprint in your mind that will be very difficult to ever surpass.

The 2017 US Masters will be held from Monday 3rd April to Sunday 9th April 2017 and Australian Golf Tours  is pleased to make available a fully escorted package starting at the Ritz Carlton in Atlanta and finishing at our 5 Star private housing in Augusta.

Following on from the great success of our 2016 Masters Tour we have again put together a package that combines both the thrill of attending the Masters and the enjoyment of playing golf on some of America’s great courses.

Our tour  starts off in Atlanta where we arrive on Friday 31st March. We  spend the next few days  playing the extraordinary courses at the Atlanta Athletic Club as well as Eagles Landing and Bears Best. Then we transfer to Augusta on Tuesday  the 4th of April  where we take up residence in our private house and get ready for the excitement of watching the Masters.

On the Wednesday we attend the Practice Day and Par 3 Tournament at the Masters. Thursday we play golf at Sage Valley  Golf Club, said to be the closest thing to playing on Augusta itself,   before attending Round 2 of the Masters on the Friday. This allows us the thrill of watching who may make the cut as well as the enjoyment of seeing our favourite players who may not make the weekend.

Saturday is again spent playing golf at Reserve Course at the Woodside Plantation Golf Club before we attend the final round of the Masters on Sunday and watch the spectacular finish to another great tournament.

All transfers to  and from golf and the Masters are included and the local knowledge of our travel partners in Augusta give us the edge on where to go and when. The Tour is personally hosted by Tom Linskey, and Australian Golf Tours specialise in small groups receiving 5 Star service and experience.

And if our Masters Week package is not enough, why not add an extension to your trip and join us with our week of golf at the fabulous Pinehurst Resort in Carolina.
