We have supplied here the recommended stretching exercising from the Swing Lab - Golf Improvement Centre who are located next door to our Golf School Facility. Simply follow these basic and simple exercises and watch your game improve along with helping you feel better on the course. we have mentioned many times that freedom of movement is paramount to a better golf swing.
